The AALU’s Three Advocacy Focuses

Headquartered in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, Lawrence “Larry” Koresko oversees the operations of IN$MAX Insurance Brokerage, Inc. as its president. Further, Lawrence Koresko serves as a member of the Association for Advanced Life Underwriting (AALU), which has served as a leading voice in the life insurance community for over half a century. The AALU focuses its advocacy on the following key areas:

2. Regulation – In the wake of the Dodd-Frank Wall Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act, which changed various aspects of insurance regulation, the AALU works to ensure its members can properly serve their clients under while complying with new regulations.

3. Estate and gift tax – The AALU works towards permanent reform in the estate and gift tax sectors with the aim of providing businesses and families with the tools needed to plan for their futures effectively. In particular, it aims to uphold the reuniting of the lifetime exemptions from gift and estate taxes to encourage more effective planning.
